About the speaker
Michael Mitten
Michael led Houghton International for 19 years, growing the engineering business across more than 40 countries before its successful exit in 2024. Alongside that work, expeditions to the North and South Poles changed how he thought about leadership, judgement, and pressure. He now brings those lessons together through The Polar Business School.
Who is at the table
Founders, senior leaders, business owners, advisers, engineers, explorers, and members interested in leadership when the route is uncertain and the decisions carry real weight.
